The "Quick Strip" sub-base option allows for the addition of a lever actuated core collapsing mechanism and lever actuated retractable step pin assemblies. The top lever retracts the step pin assemblies first and then the bottom lever collapses the core. Both levers lock in the pour or strip positions. This allows the core collapsing mechanism and step pin assemblies to be operated without having to climb inside of the core, improving safety and saving time. Each core top is machined and pined to the core.

Roll Back Option

The “Roll-Back” option allows New Hampton Metal Fab to take the term "User Friendly" one step further. An "Engineered" rail system was designed to SAFELY roll the outer form away from the product. The "Roll-Back" option will SAVE TIME during set up while placing hole formers, lift inserts, and adjusting the cage around the core.

The Quick Strip option can be added to bases, risers, and cones.
