Pipe Tester

Available in two sizes: 12" - 84" dia. x 8' long and 12" - 144" dia. x 8' long
Testing equipment - two hydraulic rams (5" stroke on 84" and 10" stroke on 84" and 10" stroke on 144"), two 12" diameter hydraulic bourbon tube gauges. (1-250,000 lb. and 1-30,000 lb. Range on 84".) (1-400,000 lb. and 1 - 50,000 lb. Range on 144") and one two-stage high low pressure pump system with automatic loading control valve.

	Adjustable bottom rubber loading strips. Loading/unloading rails


	All controls, high pressure gauges and pumping unit located inside a locking weatherproof console. Low pressure hydraulic pump system for testing beam and roll positioner

	Hydraulic lift and pinning of loading beam when changing pipe sizes


	"roll Positioner" which will roll and center the test pipe within the tester. Electric read out with computer printing capabilities. (Test information is stored in this unit and can be retrieved by plugging the unit into an office computer and printing the information.
